Ian McCarthy
Medtech quality professional. BSc Network Cybersecurity student. Solutions-first thinker.
Who I Am
Detail-oriented and dependable, I've spent the last several years ensuring the highest standards of quality in Medtech and manufacturing, most recently in Neurovascular devices at Stryker. I thrive in environments where precision, compliance, and collaboration matter.
Whether I'm troubleshooting non-conformances or fine-tuning processes with cross-functional teams, I bring a calm, solutions-first mindset to every challenge.
In September 2025, I'm officially diving into the world of cybersecurity — starting a BSc in Network Cybersecurity. My goal is to merge my strong foundation in regulated environments with emerging skills in digital forensics, information security, and risk management — ideally in a flexible, high-performance role.
I'm passionate about personal growth both inside and outside of work, and currently focused on wellness, balance, and buying my first home.
